Payment
      We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
cards. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for
shipping. Cashier's check, money order and personal check are also accepted,
however, the shipment will be delayed 5-10 working days for the check to clear.
We charge $25 for any returned check.
      As a routine, we verify the shipping address with
cardholder's bank record. If your order is shipped to the address different from
billing address, you may be contacted by a YAWA representative for further
verification. Please always provide your address and phone number that match the
records of your credit card issuing bank to expedite the ordering process.
Sales Tax
      No sales tax is applied on the orders shipped outside of
California. However, California residents need to pay 8.75% sales tax.
Shipping
      All confirmed orders are usually processed within 24 hours
(excluding weekends and holidays). If the order is out of stock, you will be
notified within 24 hours. It takes 2 to 7 business day for your order to arrive
on ground shipping. A tracking number will be send to you by email as soon as
your order is shipped.
      You have options to select different shipping methods at the
time you place order. The ground shipping is limited to the residents of
continental United States. Currently, we do not accept the orders out of the
United States.
If your order is shipped to a military address, we can only use services
provided by US Post Service. As a result, you should only select 2-day shipping
when you place your order. However, it only reflects the estimated shipping
cost, it does not mean you could receive the order within two days.
      We discourage people in AK and HI to make mail/phone orders
due to high freight. If you insist on ordering from us, you are responsible for
all-way shipping in case you need to return the merchandises to us for any
reasons. In another words, if the unit is defective (including defective on
arrival) and need service or exchange, you have to pay for the unit ship to us,
and then ship back to you. If you prefer a refund within 30-day after purchase,
the shipping charge is not refundable.
Satisfaction Guarantee
      YAWA offers 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied with the item you purchase, you have the options to return
or exchange it (less the shipping charge) within 30 days from the date of
receiving your merchandise (except TVs and speakers).
Return and Exchange
      1.Defective return and exchange:
      If your order arrives defective or becomes defective within
30 days after receiving/purchasing, you have the options of getting a
replacement or full refund. To obtain a replacement, please send the defective
unit back. As soon as we receive the defective unit, the replacement will be
shipped to you (usually the same business day if the item is available) by
ground. To get a refund, please send back your defective unit with original box.
After we inspect the return and make sure all accessories, manual, and warranty
card included, we will issue you a refund. The refund includes the full amount
for the merchandise you purchased and the basic freight (ground).
      2. Non-defective return and exchange:
      There is no charge for restocking if the item has not been
opened. However, a 10% of re-stocking fee will be applied to the non-defective
returns if the original factory seal has been opened. For the exchanged order at
equal or high price, the re-stocking fee will be waived. Please send us an email
at sales@yawaonline.com for the instruction of return or exchange.
      3. Due to most of manufactures' return policy, all TVs and
speakers can only be covered by manufacturesˇ¦ labor and parts warranty. Please
refer to manufacturersˇ¦ warranty cards.
Refund
      Normally, YAWA issues a refund with 24 hours (usually the
same day) of receipt of your returned merchandise. The payment method could be
either a company check or a credit to your credit card, depending on your
preference. *All above policies are also appropriated for local sales.

      We welcome the following accounts: government, school,
non-profit organization, military, retailer, installer, furniture store, hotel,
interior designer, and/or any group for large quantity purchases. Please contact

Privacy Policy
      YAWA Online does not distribute or sell your personal or
credit card information to any third party. Security server (SSL) technology is
used to protect your personal and credit card information from being
intercepted.
B Stock Information
      B Stock units are also known as refurbished units. This unit
has been inspect and repack by the original manufacturer in like new condition.
